The seven easy ways to lose weight

Many people are thinking of losing weight before the year. However, many people may not be able to go to the dietitian. So for them, some suggestions are easy to lose weight.

1. Eat a few meals, eat after every three hours.

2. Lunch and dinner will be eaten on small plates.

3. Eat without food at hand, eat with fork and table spoon.

4. Brush your teeth with a paste of mint leaves or mint after finishing it.

5. Eat in the morning an empty stomach and honey (one spoonful of apricots and half a cup of honey, one glass of water).

6. The quantity of food from the kitchen increases once in the dish, eat at the food table. Do not sit in the food table and sit down to eat.

7. Do not eat sugar and sweet foods in any way. If you want to eat sweets, keep in the cheeks with cough or long face.
